The Conference
The Institute of Industrial and Systems Engineers, commonly abbreviated as IISE, holds a number of student conferences each year covering different regions across the globe. 2023 saw 11 IISE conferences, ranging from North Carolina in the United States to Amman, Jordan.
A Colorful Conference
The IISE conference is proud to welcome over 10 universities to its annual event. A great diversity among participants encourages information sharing and provides golden opportunities for all participating students to network with companies from all over Canada.
2024 Edition
PrioritIISE Sustainability
The 41st edition of the congress took place at Polytechnique Montréal in January 2024. With sustainable development as its theme, participants were able to explore the different facets of industrial engineering with select partners, such as McKesson, SimWell and L'Oréal.
Following a break from the IISE conference from 2020 to 2023, this edition was presented as the big comeback of the event. With a well-motivated participation of the canadian universities, it was a great success, which ensures the continuity of the conference for years to come.

A significant presence for students
Every year, the presence of great partners and speakers is very inspiring and impressive for the students. It is also very interesting for our partners to have access to a massive CV bank, including about 250 students who will graduate in the spring following the event and another 250 looking for internships, exploring their interests in the field of industrial engineering.
